Compressed garbage truck (hereinafter referred to as garbage truck) is a specialized vehicle suitable for the collection, transportation, loading and unloading of bagged, barreled, and bulk household waste in urban areas. The garbage is compressed into the car box by the compression mechanism, so that the garbage is evenly distributed in high density inside the car box until it is full. The collection and transportation method of compression garbage trucks is widely used in the world, and the functions of their dedicated devices are all powered by the car engine and achieved through hydraulic mechanisms. The vehicle's casing, filling device, and sewage tank are all made of high-quality low-alloy steel plates with fully sealed welded structures, which have the advantages of high strength, light weight, and no secondary pollution. The working principle is that garbage is poured into the garbage bin, and the scraper of the compression mechanism is opened. After the compression mechanism descends to the end point, the scraper collects and scrapes the garbage. The upper part of the compression mechanism presses the garbage into the box, and the push plate inside the box works together with the compression mechanism to compact the garbage. The compression mechanism repeatedly presses the garbage into the box to a certain extent, and uses the web plate to push the garbage into the box to further compact it. When the compression mechanism cannot continue to press the garbage into the box, it indicates that the garbage in the box is full.

The bucket body, also known as the garbage loader, consists of a frame shaped skeleton, guide rails, arc-shaped hoppers, scrapers, sliding plates, negative pressure plates, and lightweight coverings. By sequentially operating the scraper oil cylinder, sliding plate oil cylinder, and negative pressure plate, the function of circulating and pressing the material in the hopper into the carriage is achieved. The skateboard is equipped with eight rollers on both sides, which have low friction coefficient, high strength, and can make slight swings to ensure the long-term use of the guide rail without wear. The loader is also a sealing device at the rear of the carriage, which achieves opening and closing actions through lifting cylinders, sliding hinges, and locking limit devices. The bottom of the filler is equipped with a sewage tank, and the accumulated water inside the carriage and the excess water in the hopper flow into the sewage tank. During unloading, all the sewage in the sewage tank can be discharged by itself.
3. The hydraulic system adopts manual direct operation of hydraulic multi way valves, which are composed of oil tank and filtration system, oil pump, multi way directional valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, which splits the power through the power take-off and drives the gear pump to work. The gear pump sucks in hydraulic oil through the oil suction filter and supplies oil to the multi way valve. When the multi way valve is working, it causes the negative pressure plate oil cylinder, sliding plate oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder or pushing plate oil cylinder to operate. When the hydraulic oil cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil returns directly to the oil tank through the multi way valve.
