These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Qidong Auto's products, services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "Us": Refers to Qidong Auto.
"Customer," "You": The individual or entity purchasing or using our services.
"Products": Special-purpose vehicles and related equipment.
"Services": Sales, customization, delivery, and after-sales support.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to written confirmation from Qidong Auto.
Prices are valid at the time of quotation but may change due to market fluctuations, currency rates, or customization requests.
Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are not included unless specified.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 30%) is required upon order confirmation.
Full payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, letter of credit (L/C), or other mutually agreed options.
Late payments may incur interest charges (1.5% per month).
4. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics, customs) do not constitute a breach.
Risk of loss/damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery at the agreed destination.
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report discrepancies within 7 days.
5. Warranties & Liabilities
Limited Warranty: Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery (excludes wear/tear or misuse).
Claims require proof of purchase and compliance with maintenance guidelines.
Qidong Auto’s liability is capped at the product’s purchase price unless negligence is proven.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customized or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 30 days of approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, and technical documentation remain Qidong Auto’s exclusive property.
Unauthorized replication or modification of products is prohibited.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., wars, natural disasters, pandemics).
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., China].
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; unresolved matters will be submitted to [Arbitration Body/Court].
10. Amendments
